The crew at Scott's place is top notch and I don't have to cross my fingers when opening a statement that says State Farm on it. I have requested several documents for multiple reasons. There's no waiting or having to call back to remind them. They're on top of it within the first few minutes of calling. I would most definitely recommend this agency to anyone asking.
